Wedding Car Hire Delhi reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which the Services are offered through the Website, including but not limited to the charges for the Services provided through the Website. The User shall be responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.
The courts of Delhi shall have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any matters arising from the use of the services offered by Wedding Car Hire Delhi or the agreement or arrangement between Wedding Car Hire Delhi and the Customer.
Where the vehicle is detained by the customer beyond the agreed time OR destination for which the customer has made a booking, the customer will be charged extra at the rate according to brand of car.
For Pickup & drop Cabs or Lumpsump Vehicle Hire Charges / Package (Outstation And Local Trips / Tours).
If Multiple Pickups and Drop Plz Mentions Email Conversation Before Paying Booking Amount.
- Pickup and Point Will Be One Only
- Parking Charges is Extra.
- Total Amount is Valid Only For Places Which is Mention in Booking Email.
- Tour Destination / Route Cannot Change Without Prior Notice (Amended Route and Tour Destination Rates May Be Change).
- We Count 1 Day From 5 Am Till 10 Pm If You Need Vehicle Before 5 Am or After 10 Pm in That Case Client Will Pay Full Day Charges.
- 4.94% ST on Bill ( Only For Transportation ).
- If The Vehicle is Not in Good Condition at The Time of Pickup Plz Inform To Company Phone or Email ID Before Start The Trip.
- The rates are subject to change, depending on the fluctuation of diesel/Petrol prices in India.
- Any abuse to our drivers or unacceptable behaviour or driver feels in risk the driver has the right to ask the passengers to leave the vehicle.
Parkings, Toll Tax, State Tax
On KM Basis cabs For Outstation Trips / Tours Only.
- Pickup and Point Will Be One Only (If Multiple Pickups and Drop Plz Mentions Email Conversation Before Paying Booking Amount).
- Parking, Toll Taxes, State Taxes, and GST Charges is Extra.
- Total Amount is Valid Only For Places Which is Mention in Booking Email.

Delhi Local Use Conditions.
On KM Basis cabs For Outstation Trips / Tours Only.
- Km And Time Start From Our Garage To Garage.
- Toll Taxes, Parkings, NCR State Taxes, and Paid By Hirer.
- Minimum 8 Hours And 80 Kms Limit.
- Driver Night Charges Start After 10 PM.
- AC Will Not Work While Stoped / Parked Vehicle.
- If The Vehicle is Not in Good Condition at The Time of Pickup Plz Inform To Company Phone or Email ID Before Start The Trip.
BREAKDOWN
In the event of any breakdown, a replacement vehicle will be provided to the customer without any extra charges. Although, Wedding Car Hire Delhi shall try to provide the customer with replacement vehicle of same category .We shall not be liable for any delays & alterations in the program me or expenses incurred due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blocades due to political unrest or any such incidents.

PAYMENT TERMS
- All rental payments are to be made by Credit Cards and Bank Transfers.
- 100% Payment will be taken in advance as a Booking Amount (non-refundable amount).
- Customer have to pay full payment on the wedding day before start the journey.
- Driver or our executive Will Take Balance Full Payment at Pick Up Time Hotel / Airport / Rly Station / Home.
- Please take care of the belongings before leaving the cab and Wedding Car Hire Delhi is not responsible for any loss.
- Any delay due to unavoidable circumstances like Flight Delay, Traffic jam, Accident, Collision conditions etc. Wedding Car Hire Delhi is not held responsible
- If the payment on the credit card / Debit Card / Net Banking is declined / Failed for some reason, for alternate payment instructions you must call in Wedding Car Hire Delhi, 72 hours prior to the time of departure, else the order is liable to be cancelled.
- Sometimes Online Making Payment Through Our Websites it takes 24 hours to 36 hours To Reflect Amount in Our Account and We Cannot Confirm or Provide any Services unless we received amount.
* In case of Airport Bookings – where the chauffer is retained beyond 10:00 PM, chauffer retention charges shall be paid by the customer @Rs 600/-.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
- All the cancellation requests should be done through Wedding Car Hire Delhi by calling our helpline number or send Email on Company Email ID. Please don't deal with the driver for cancellation directly.
- Customer Can’t Leave Vehicle between Destination Without Any Confirmation. Plz Once Inform By Mail [email protected]
- In case the booking is cancelled 100% of the advance deposit will be deducted as penalty.
- No refund or any changes will be accepted at last minute for tour starting or after starting or middle of the tour.
- Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to waive/minimize the cancellation charges.
